Ask these questions there.

Lag of legends will probably not run well, osu! might.

Any dual core processor shouldn't have problem running Osu! I'd say for League the specs look ok for it, might wanna have lowest video settings though (especially shadows, that'll rip your cpu in half.) Also just make sure there's not too many processes running in the background while you play either of these games, cuz it'll just eat up RAM and cpu power.

I think the core point here is if you'll be able to play leg of leggings and yes, as it seems you're able to be running it with aprox 30-45fps on the lowest settings, though don't ask me which resolution is applicable.
But it seems like you'll only be able to run it on 800x600 or so, as far as i can take from the video.

Oh yeah, the specs of the dude who made the video:
CPU: AMD E1-1200 1.4ghz
Ram: 4gb DDR3
GPU: Radeon HD 7310 1gb
HDD: 500gb
OS: Windows 8 64-bit

almost identical imo.
You might get a very minor FPS boost while playing leet of lemmings with the same settings since your processor is a bit more recent than that from the YT-uploader.

Though, i doubted at first that you will properly run laughing out loud with a dual-core 1,48GHz processor and the AMD Radeon HD 7310 GPU but seems like i was wrong.

As for Osu! ... I think the problem solved itself, since LoL will surely eat up more memory that osu does.

I think the problem here is solved-
please use google and post in the right subforum next time ;_;

osu should be fine, it works on my crappy netbook
You can find minimum system requirements for LOL here:

You probably won't be able to run it well with your 1.48GHz, the minimum requirement for CPU is 2GHz, recommended is 3Ghz

...OR YOU COULD OVERCLOCK THE FUCK OUT OF IT MUHAHAHAHA
