Think of this as the 2nd iteration of Bamboo Cup!

This is a badged, rank restricted, 4v4, international osu! standard Tournament.
The rank range is [5k - ∞] after applying BWS. Players must be within the rank range by the end of the registration date.
There will be no rank buffer.
The relevant formula for BWS is rank^(0.9937^(badges^2)), pending badges are counted.
The team size can range from 6 to 8 players.
Team captains must be present in the tournament discord.

General Procedures

All maps must be played with Score V2 and No Fail enabled. Warmups do not need to follow this rule.
The teams play through the Qualifiers Mappool before advancing to the bracket stage. This will be played through once.
The bracket format is doubles elimination.
Match schedules are posted Sunday 23:59 UTC, or sometime after the final match of the week.
Reschedules must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled match time and the planned reschedule time.

Qualifiers Procedures

There are no warmups during qualifiers.
Qualifiers are played in “Head-to-Head”.
The qualifiers are held in large lobbies with 4 players from each team at any given map. Each lobby will have a ref.
The final seeding is based on the sum of each team’s rank of every map in the Qualifiers Mappool.
If two teams have the same total sum, the sum of scores of the teams is used to rank the teams.
If the previous two conditions are both equal, the teams will be ranked according to the average BWS.

Bracket Stage Procedures

Bracket stages are played in “Team VS”
If your team is not ready to play within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, your match is considered as a forfeit.
Matches must be played as 4v4.
Team captains “!roll” to determine pick order. The winner of the roll chooses first pick or first ban.
Each team gets two bans. Bans must be in multiple mod brackets.
Bans are done before picks. Teams will alternate bans, then alternate picks according to ban and pick order.
Each team will be given one short and optional warmup (4:30s max). The winner of the roll picks the first warmup.
Teams are expected to exercise common sense in pick time windows.
If there is no pick given within a requested 90s timer, the pick will be given to the other team.
If there is a genuine disconnection, the map result will be given to whichever team had a distinct advantage score wise.
In Freemod, there must be 2 unique mod combinations. HDHR counts as HR. NM is not a unique mod combination.
The remaining players can choose any of the following mods in any combination: HD, HR, FL, EZ, NM.
There are no multipliers for EZ or FL.

The pools will scale similar to how bamboo was scaled, with the same pool size and tighter scaling overall. The details are below:

Ban Count - All bracket stage matches allow 2 bans per team.
Difficulty Scaling - 6.3 -> 5.9 -> 6.15 -> 6.4 -> 6.6 -> 6.8 -> 7.0
Pool Size/Distribution - Refer to Bamboo Cup for pool size.
