Add a button to "open current skin folder" in lazer.

This stable feature saves me lots of time when making skins.

As far I can tell there still isnt a skin folder to open so... (just from having a look at my osulazer main folder).

lazer does not have a skins or beatmaps folder, it has its own structure that is intended to not be user editable, this has been asked for many times already and the devs should be well aware
