CTL 472 with different models?

I was going to buy CTL-472 for playing osu but i saw different types of codes at the end of the product like K1-F,-N,K0x
What is the meaning of these things.Im confused

I'm pretty sure they are some sort of "region-code"

For example, CTL-472 N, the "N" region indication indicates "North".

Other than the subtle difference on name, there is no actual difference on the product itself, they all are the same!
