How to change the video in beatmaps

How do I change the video thats playing on the background of a beatmap I downloaded? Can someone tell me how with full instructions please? Also this is the beatmap, beatmapsets/1516581#osu/3104619

Except for like the video format, xvid codec and the "no audio in the video" rule, pretty much everything in that thread is outdated. 720p is now the standard/maximum size and there's no definitive filesize limit anymore due to how current BSS upload limit works.

Also that thread points out nothing about the exact way to change the video. Since the map isn't a ranked map all you have to do is to just go to the editor, drag the video there to import it, and change the offset to sync with the music if necessary.
