Is there any maximum length for Cut Version.

Does 3 minutes consider Cut Version where as this original song is around 7 minutes+, its part of a Dōjin music, it starts very slow as it gradually gets more upbeat.
I've seen a lot of cut version where its shorter than TV Size maps.

no maximum length for the (Cut Ver.) marker afaik. the rule just states that if the song is cut, the marker should be used regardless of length
