After a lot messing around, and a bit of coding, I made a receptor based osu!mania skin maker that takes a set of a few square resolution images (receptor, note, hold, etc...) and edits them in such a way that implements them in game without stretching. I don't know how helpful this is, but i just wanted to put this out there, so here it is: osu!receptor github
