[invalid] Display the build is too old message when you start a play

It's already too late when you display the message at the score results screen. It will save some players some frustrating lost scores.

If you are talking about test build, just make sure to go back to the main menu and check for updates before playing. As of the latest builds it checks once every 30 minutes for updates.

If it only checks every 30 minutes, then have the build is too old appear every 30 minutes when a play is started or a score submission is attempted. It's very easy to spectate someone for a long period of time and then go right into play mode, and until you submit a score you wont know there is a new version of osu! I could go back to the main menu, but that isn't something I thought of right away.

I just thought it would be a simple change. Oh well. I didn't lose anything important. I just saw the potential because I lost a regular score because of it. there was no warning of a new build.
