Turn Beat Snap Divisor in the top right corner down to 1/4th and don't change it unless absolutely needed, readjust all objects to match the new beatsnap. Ask for recheck when you're done with that.

Btw I feel like your post would be more easily readable if the "information" part of your post wasn't split into as many paragraphs and wasn't all centered. Making it a list could also work.

Honestly I looked at the Expert and Insane diff, the map is already very good and I wasn't able to find any legit problems, posted 2 subjective suggestions on the two diffs respectively, that's unfortunately all I could do here.
Fitting to your quote, I'm not able to say anything else confidently, so I'd rather leave it at that instead of trying to spout nonsense.
Regarding the suggestion with the info block, I'm considering to rewrite it a little bit because it's way too bulky as it is right now, but I won't change the formatting too much because I think it looks alright like this, it only looks rather odd due to the amount of things in that block.
