Click the edit description button on the map page. Next, upload your image online somewhere, such as Imgurand get the link to it. Note: this must be a "direct link" to the image ending in a file extension. For example:
Correct:
"https://i.imgur.com/vG0MC4Y.png"
Wrong:
"https://imgur.com/vG0MC4Y"
Next paste your image link into the description, with "[img:1337][/img:1337]" around it. For example:
