uh can you make a chat app for android that connects to a bancho server and just simply chat on the channels like in osu! and it uses your osu! account to connect

Use AndChat, or any other Android IRC protocol client, and connect to cho.ppy.sh:6667

AndChat is really fine - I am constantely using it since I am a lot on my phone - and it's for free, we should be glad about it.
