I dont want REALLY to make moving notes but i only want to apply mods mid-game like Aleph-0. Is it possible? If yes, say to me

The effects applied to the circles present in Aleph-0 uses Storyboard effect, i believe.
To achieve similar effects, you will also need to do some storyboarding to make the notes appear in such a way, it is not possible to do it from the editor directly.
