わりとすぐ始まるので１秒はあったほうがいいかなと思います。
それと、同じ場所にサークル置くと２重になる状態なので、一度全てのサークルスライダーをタイムラインに合わせ直して下さい。

01:20:172 (1.2.3.4) このパートのスライダーの始まりと終わりを白線か赤線にもってこれるようにリズムを変えてみてはどうでしょうか?
(例1combo slider 01:20:172~01:20:641. 2combo slider 01:20:875~01:01:21:344. 3combo slider 01:21:578~ 01:22:047.とか)
01:38:219 (6) ここの付近も白線か赤線でスライダーが終われるようにした方が良いのかも
02:27:672 (1.2) ↑と同じ

01:20:172 (1.2.3.4) このパートのスライダーの始まりと終わりを白線か赤線にもってこれるようにリズムを変えてみてはどうでしょうか?
例1combo slider 01:20:172~01:20:641. 2combo slider 01:20:875~01:01:21:344. 3combo slider 01:21:578~ 01:22:047.とか
赤赤スライダー+白白スライダー+サークル3連譜に変えました。ここリズム分からなかったので助かります

01:38:219 (6) ここの付近も白線か赤線でスライダーが終われるようにした方が良いのかも　
スライダーを白まで伸ばしてサークル消しました
02:27:672 (1.2) ↑と同じ　赤赤スライダー・白白スライダー+サークル3連譜に変えました。
03:25:797 (7) ↑と同じ　 fixed　終点3:26:266に
03:27:438 (2.3.4) ↑と同じ　3:28:258が青でないとリズムがとれないのでこのままで

個人的にoffset1198~1200が好み　1199にしました。

hard
00:02:594 (3,4)　スライダーの中間点と次のマーカーの間隔が他のマーカー間の距離と一定となってるため
　　　　　　　　　　　終点と次のマーカーの距離感にちょっと違和感を感じます。　直しました。いまいちよく分かっていなかったです！
01:05:875 (5,6)　同上　おなじＱ
01:39:859 (8,9)　同上　おなじＱ
01:42:438 (4,5) 同上　おなじＱ

あとは特に問題なく素晴らしい譜面だと思います。☆

03:29:792(1) - このスピナー音がなぜか真ん中から消えてるのでやるなら最初からやったほうが自然だと思います！
　　　　　　　　　　　もしくは段々小さくしていくとか、今はちょっと不自然

I'm actually with sfg on this one. Even insane uses hitsounds here. I don't see why this difficulty can't either.
