I think I found osu! a year or two ago when it was still new. But because I'm on my craptop and don't even have a mouse, I saw that I wouldn't be able to play it and so I didn't install it.
Then back at the end of March, my bffffff engineer_chan told me about this fun new osu! game based off of Ouendan. It looked very well made, and since I had a tablet I decided to install it. A few minutes later I was in love <3

A long time ago there was a thread about good and free games, and someone only slightly mentioned osu!. I got curious, google'd it and found this (surprisingly, on one of the first results, if not the first). "OH GOD THIS IS AWESOME", etc.

Hm, how did I? Oh yes, I kinda got bored on EBA, what I got a bunch of SSs on that, and while listening to some of my songs I noticed myself waving an imaginary stylus, which then prompted me to look for an EBA simulator.
I stumbled upon Can't Defeat Airman on youtube, searched, etc. Then found a reply video that was a guy playing osu! and getting a B on it. Then there was matty's vid replied to that, where it had Kiai S'ing it. Link, read description, download, 'nuff said.
Then I got my friend into it. Who got a couple of his friends into it.

I found out about it by posting in a thread just like this one about a year ago, in General Development I think.
I just saw someone playing it in Xfire and I wanted to try it... I also looked up some videos on youtube... So yeah x.x

I downloaded it to play Tunak Tunak Tun. Then Airman. Then... well, it just snowballed.
on the shrinemaiden forums... even if I never post anything down there I saw it on DoomsDay sig if I'm not mistaken.
A friend found it few days after I showed him ouendan for DS.
