Theres Team Vs, tag team vs, co op, and head to head, now thats all nice and fine. but when it comes to co-op it pretty much gets slapped in the face. No one wants to do it mostly because they dont get to play the full song, so what ive been doing lately is. get a group of my friends. switch it to team vs. and turn them all into Blue team. the score, hits, misses, are accumulative, but it seems when i try to do this type of gameplay with others they just wanna ruin it. they wanna be all big and bad. its not like i enforce the blue (red) team rule its just a suggestion. and usualy its like 7 blue to 1 red. and when that happens other ppl start switching and then its just full team vs. 4red 4 blue, i can understand i can. but what im looking for is a sort of team work or friendly environment. not an e-penis race of who can have the higher score agesnt another. thats what the other 3 modes are for. there really is no full map co-op its all tag in a way. and its kinda lame. anyways just an idea ive been doing lately. thought id post it on the forums after someone suggested it. so. here yago. peace.

If you don't like the comprtitive aspects of multiplayer, just ignore the score, it's not like the rank you came in a MP lobby matters.

@syrus yes but im looking for a teamwork sort of thing. sure the scores can mean nothing or they can be the combined efforts of you and your friends..

@boat. ever play guitar hero/rock band co-op ? kinda like that. but in a osu way.

Been requested and denied before countless times, osu! isn't a band/co-op game, it just simply doesn't work that way. Tag is the most co-op you can get, and in my opinion it's fine even though you're only playing portions of the map.

If you want to play the entire thing, nothing's stopping you from clicking all the notes even when it's not your turn.

Also, too many kitsunes have been around here lately :I

as i said mimi. this is still possible. just on team vs and everyone goes blue. it works well with the nice part of the community. usually end up doing mostly with my friends. just thought itd be nice to impliment. and i was going to go with ryouichisato. but alas it was taken. so kitsune it was.

Yeah it took me a while as well. At least I think he wants a mode where everyone's scores are merged as one.

Pretty useless if you ask me, doesn't really make the experience any different what so ever.

I think he wants a new Multiplayer mode where all people play together, Kinda like Team vs but Everyone is on the same team, like all the eight players play together as everyone play the full song, and there scored are combined togather

OFC its the one with the zelda avatar that knows what im talking about XD <3 but yes. a TEAM effort. not constant showing off agesnt one another.
