Look at your editor timeline. 1/2 sliders are sliders whose length are 1/2 of one measure. Same with 3/4.
Assuming the sliderhead is put on the white tick then 1/2 will end on the first red tick, while 3/4 ends on second blue tick.
i can't run osu rn so whoever can grab screenshots of them I'd be grateful.
