CONTEXT (MUST READ)
Hello There, If you don't know me I'm Aternosu a passionate skinner. This is not the first time I make this theme in fact its like the 3rd time already. But whatever the result I'm not satisfied with it and I keep trying to improve it. Its almost 9 MONTHS ever since I published my first COTE skin and I think I can finally settle with this design I came up with. However if you're reading this right now the skin is not yet finished. Its about 65% complete. Why you might as well the answer is simple. I'm a lazy person and I keep delaying the project eversince NOVEMBER!!!!!. I have 5 abandoned projects already. The reason why I decided to post this is because I want to make sure I publish this skin before 2022 starts. Think of it like a deadline.
