I drank coffee since I was young and I enjoyed it but now my taste changed and it tastes awful ngl.
I think it's not only the coffee but just the caffeine in general cuz even the RedBull or others energy drinks are horrible to drink. I don't drink much tea too but it's already a bit better.
Even with this taste issue, I still want to say that both are good.

I need coffee to wake up in the morning. Tea I think purely for comfort and great taste, so I guess I'm more of a tea than a coffee person.
I can`t stand coffee and very like tea, but i heard it is less healthy to drink coffee. So I`m gonna drink a cup of tea!

i drink tea 24/7, not only because i love how many different herbs you can grow, use and dry to put in simply hot water, but also because its 500 times more healthier if you count out black tea
as caffeine just drains up your brain's capabilities to the limit until ur truly exhausted, it can make you addicted, especially if you add sugars (its the same for tea if adding sugars but who tf needs sugar in drinks smh, admire the tea's taste to the fullest)
even just putting fresh herbs in hot water, or stuff like ginger makes it amazing!
