Resizing skins

Hello everyone, I recently got skin that I really like but I noticed one issue with it, the notes are bit to big for my liking but I really like the skin. I'm wondering if I can change the size of the notes in the skin file.

If anyone can help me here, that would be appreciated

using photoshop is the best choice either using photopea to edit the size or resize the image to make it from what you like, or other choices is mixed skin from other skin that have similar (meaning of "note" im still not sure what you mean, is its hitcircle, numbers, or note key in mania, taiko, catch because they working indifferent).

A eazy way is to get another skin whose notes fit you, and just to get the images copied into this skin, as well as other elements necessary.

Or you can try to use photoshop to adjust the image. If just resize the image doesnt work, you can try to just small the picture with the image size unchanged (Let the transparent blank take the place).

Whatever, keep trying, you will soon find a way out.
