all the games are good.
all the games are good.
It was medicore at best.deadbeat wrote:
yeah, i skipped shadow dragon, but i haven't heard that much about it, and most of what i did hear wasn't all that great :<
That's why I liked the casual mode. It's against usual Fire Emblem gameplay, but I don't like restarting missions. >_>Triskelion91 wrote:
I actually haven't beaten Awakening because someone always dies on the last mission, and I gave up. :v
Did that really happen? Geez...CDFA wrote:
The thing that got me about shadow dragon was the whole "KILL YOUR TEAM TO UNLOCK SPECIAL CHAPTERS"
Gordon was not very happy about that part.
Radiant Dawn wasn't rated particularly high - for being ridiculously hard, boring story and lacking visuals.MetalGearSnake wrote:
I've only tried Fire Emblem Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn. Fun games.
That's pretty funny, lol.meiikyuu wrote:

Yeah, back then I always coliseum farmed, so dieing was pretty easy to avoid. You can't do that now in Awakening. :pJustykanna wrote:

You can still get that one DLC map and farm levelsTriskelion91 wrote:

Then the reviews suck at the game I guess. xDCDFA wrote:
RADIANT DAWN WAS SO EASY WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT
If you wanna farm levels, just fight the monsters on the map, lol. Don't need the DLC for that.CDFA wrote:

Hilarious. =)South wrote:
if we're talknig about the 3DS game i have 5 maxed avatars and im very proud of it
Berserkers were like... the only class that I never had, just because I never remembered. xDdeadbeat wrote:
i'd love to have a whole team of sage's, berserker's and assassin's. with a healer or 2. that would be very fun
I guess if they were just reviewing it without really knowing much about the game, then yeah, it'd be super hard . But if you know who to use and abuse Nolan and Edward so OP in the beginning <3 and you can trek to part 4, everything is goodJustykanna wrote:

Oh, that's funny. And terrible at the same time. Good job Nintendo...CDFA wrote:
My biggest issue with Radiant Dawn was that I bought one of the earlier copies that had the transfer data bug, and the incorrect Muarim details.
and it got to the point to where it'd break at various points (I have a file broken at the beginning of Part 4, and another file broken at the very last cutscene)
so I literally cannot play it.
Sacred Stones was my favourite until I played Awakening. So much to do, never run out of gold, and training people was easy.sabreclaw wrote:
Nobody here has played Gaiden? u.u
I really like Sacred Stones... just because getting uber max stat characters was so easy in that game.

Oh yeah, for sure. And there's merit to changing classes too (aside just grinding in stat points) with the skill system. I loved it.sabreclaw wrote:

But to be completely honest the bridal class was what really drew me in
isn't Ekira the main female protagonist from Scared Stones. Lyn was from the game before Scared StonesTsukushi-chan wrote:

i *think* it was called blazing sword. but not 100% sure about thatNo, that's the game with Roy, the one with Lyn, Hector and Eliwood is FE7, or that one without a sub-heading.
Why don't they just keep the titles consistent? Grrr...sabreclaw wrote:

Well yeah, but why didn't they just keep the same titles for the Japanese releases when they move em over? A game having more than one known title in the world is dumb and confusing...sabreclaw wrote:

'Murica!
I heard that rumor too but never really looked into it.KurogamiLaciel wrote:

i wasn't a fan of shin megami tensei too, i've only watch the video someone playing shin megami tenseiJustykanna wrote:

Unfortunately, I was never a fan of the Shin Megami Tensei stuff at all. =/
Edit: There's a few articles online about it. WiiU game apparently, not set date of release yet though.
Roy is from Sword of Seals. In USA, Rekka no Ken, or Blazing Sword, had no subtitle.sabreclaw wrote:

Ton of Fire Emblem newsSpoilers~More info on the new Fire Emblem for 3DS about the player's avatar being the main character this time, and you get to choose between "Bloodlines or Loyalty"
The peace-loving "Hoshido" or The glory-seeking "Nohr"
I wonder how far into the game it will branch off.
And some info finally on Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem in the form of a musical trailer. Seems it'll be a turn-based rpg instead of a tactical one.
♫Kiria - Reincarnation
I could be wrong, but she kinda sounds like Nanjou Yoshino...
So what you guys think? I'm definitely still stoked for the FE 3DS and I'm interested to see what they will do (or ruin?) with SMT#FE
It's also a difficult choice as to which imouto is best imouto though, I'll probably do Hoshido before I go with the Nohr.Lanturn wrote:
