Way too long, and the sliders are too fast. I guess the HP Drain Rate could also be lowered, but that's nothing big.
Yeah, I was thinking of doing some cowboy bebop maps. Mushroom Hunting or Chicken Bone anyone? The song needs to be cut down a little bit, it's a good song, but I can't even come close to finishing it, and probably never will

Nothing wrong with more Cowboy Bebop maps. 
I've shortened the map so it's under the 3 minute mark. Also lowered the slider speed and HP drain.

I know The Seatbelts is the band that plays the actual music, but that band is with Yoko Kanno, and she wrote the song. Wouldn't it be better to say that its by Yoko Kanno? I just think people should be informed properly. Thanks for working on the beatmap, I haven't played it yet, but I'll let you know what I think soon.
update: I played it, and love it! The map is creative and very well placed. It's fun and challenging. I have to literally nit-pick at two things.
56:49-57:40- the hits are technically correct, but to me they feel a bit akward; you have the right to keep it that way though.
01:47:76- the hit is slightly off
other than that its really good. May favorite part to play on the map, is the trombone solo. Good Work! (side note) You should do Mushroom Hunting; There are lot of good things you can do with that song cough *bass line* cough
