Well i have learnt that if there is a part in the song that is repeated like 2 times you can just make the same pattern. But what if the song just have the same part the whole time. If i just make the same pattern until it ends, that would make the map kinda boring. So, how do you deal with that?

Here's my map for reference, i guess...

listening to the song, seems like you're only really paying attention to the rhythm, yes, the rhythm repeats, but the song does change, and you can find ways to reflect that.

but you don't have to only use one pattern for repeating sections, its fine to vary the patterns as long as you are consistent about it and they make sense, dont just throw in a random new pattern for one repeat of the song, or map something that doesnt follow the song, but having the entire map be exactly the same makes for a boring map.

though just avoiding mapping overly repetitive songs is also an option, which is probably what most people do

eventhough thats the best option, i still want to map some repetitive song but i think for now i'll just map other song to understand more about mapping.

But thanks anyway!
