No need to create a new thread to request a feedback/mod. Search for any open queue then post it there. Make sure you've read their modding preferences first before posting.
If you only need someone to testplay your beatmap, better go to #mapping chat channel (or #russian, since you're Russian).
And, if you only want to promote your beatmap, you can do it in #multiplayer, or maybe #osu (or any chat channel as long as you don't interrupt the discussion).
