The domain belongs to peppy, therefor he can create as many emails addresses @ppy.sh as he wants.

Having a @ppy.sh e-mail would be a great honor as a proudly osu! player
And maybe a virtual e-mail address (any mail coming in FWed to another specified mailbox, can only send out mails) would be fine.
this is quite a bizarre thread. Osu! is a rhythmic video game, not a e-mailing service...
I have a limited number of these I can create, so won't be giving them out to general public sorry.
