Is it worth me coming back

Haven't played in 4 years.

I'm 30 now. But watching some osu gameplay recently made me want to come back but I really do wonder what is the point. I'm not getting any younger, so my react times aren't what they used to be and when I see some of the insane plays at the top end its like I'm never gonna get there.

What ya think?

I understand this, but there's actually alot of older players (20 - 40yr olds) in the top like 200 that i know of (don't want to offend anyone by calling them old lol so wont name names, but trust me). Of course the very top players are like 14 lol but eh

Overall though its the same as coming back to any game. If you enjoy it then go for it dude, ddont have to be super insane at the game to have fun playing it :)

I know but it is an intrinsically competitive game and I am competitive deep down too. Just don't want to set myself up for unresolvable frustration.

As long as you can actually put in the time, you will still improve, thats the real advantage young players have.
