Today I realized how much my sleep schedule has changed. Lately I've been going to sleep near the time when I used to make breakfast. The realization feels weird. It feels like there's something telling me, "You fucked up, you won't be able to go back to who you once were anymore," and for some reason I took that as a challenge and thought to myself, "You know what? I could just stay awake, make breakfast right now, and go no sleep. It's not like anything dangerous is going to happen because of that. It's just sleep," despite knowing well the danger of lack of sleep.
At the end I did go to sleep, but I fear that someday I'm going to do the "challenge" and end up putting myself in danger.
