Your bpm and offset look ok to me, but there's a metronome reset and a part where it slows down just a little bit you missed.
This seems a bit better, copy this into your .osu files for each difficulty using a text editor, replacing the entire Timing Points section of text. will need to resnap some objects.[TimingPoints]
