This is as profane as it sounds, I would never do this.
However I would 10/10 eat rice with some good tomato & scrambled eggs, which people use tomato paste (or ketchup) while cooking it

thats what I usually do when theres nothing else I could pour onto it
i usually only would put ketchup on rice when it comes to making omurice
