Unfortunately, you can't ask someone to make a skin for you here.
But fortunately, you can create your own circle skin by going through this forum here:
community/forums/topics/1193172Click on the bigger link at the most above.You can experiment what hitcircles you want.
And once you done, name the skin and the author above, scroll down and remember to check the "Export skin.ini" before exporting it as .zip file.

What you really need is an image editing software to do the work, such as Photoshop, GIMP or Paint.NET.
If you can't afford Photoshop, GIMP and Paint.NET are your second option since they are free to use.
