I think this is the best version so far on osu!

Sorry the mods for individual difficulties weren't that big because if I covered the spacing they would have been huge.

IMO this insane doesn't feel insane enough. My reasoning behind this is because there are a lot of empty spaces. Spaces that could be filled with lovely notes XD Also the note placement can be improved in some places (you'll see where when you read down) Don't be afraid to spread out the notes a little bit.

00:15:130 to 00:16:098 - add some notes in here, it feels really empty. You could put notes that match the guitar for example.
00:26:098 (8,9,10,11,12) - These 5 notes can be placed better. Spread out this stair case pattern.
00:27:065 (1,2,3,4,5) - Same as above, fix the spacing so it flows better to note 6
01:18:356 (4) - Change this to a slider
01:18:678 - Place a note here

Other than those things above, the only other problems are those empty spaces. The notes that have 2 or more ticks in between them, you could add a connecting note in the middle or change it to a slider. Here's an example just in case you don't get it.

Just like the second last 2 things i said up there^

01:19:646 (4) - Change that to a slider
01:19:969 - place a note here

Or this
