yep, just needs to have the minimum difficulty normal since its less than 3:30 drain

could even rank a lone normal.

RC only limits the lowest difficulty required, not the amount of difficulties you can have in the set, so yes.

This is technically rankable, and has been done a lot in the mania scene. (except often there is an additional Easy difficulty)

like people have mentioned here, yeah, it's technically rankable

worth a mention though, that if this kind of spread is the result of undermapping the song (as in, the song would also easily support higher difficulties so to say), it will likely be frowned upon for it. Doesn't sound like that really applies to this song though
