Using inherited timing points "green lines" to change slider velocity you can change how fast/slow the objects fall.
SV gimmicks use math to get effects to happen while still being readable.
I think teleporting is done by setting the SV multiplier to some really high number before the note, then slowing down to a specific small multiplier afterwards to normalize the overall speed of the chart. Might have that backwards and I dont remember the math rn though. The amount of time you set sv for also matters.
