The Easy game modifier changes multiple things. It increases the size of circles, makes the HP drain more forgiving, and lowers the accuracy required. My suggestion is to split all three of these into different game modifiers.
As a person who is bad at this game, I find that the larger circles actually make beatmaps harder to play for me due to how all the notes end up being squished together because of their increased size. Splitting the Easy game modifier into its three components can allow me to pick the forgiving HP drain and the lower accuracy modifiers and not pick the large circles modifier. And this also helps with score since now players can choose one of the modifiers for a 16% reduction in score rather than be forced to use all three modifiers for a 50% reduction in score.
