Most notably, osu!catch, as it uses three key inputs (left, right, dash). It might not be too comfortable on a 3 key keyboard though, not sure.
osu! lazer (standard) apparently supports up to 4 keyboard inputs rather than 2, so you could try that lolol.
As well as this, 3key or less osu!mania I suppose

if it's numpad, Pulsus it is but it's just 3 keys
