HD Skins not Showing Properly

I have been looking at skins, and have found some that I like, but most of the HD aspects of HD skins are defaulting to the template osu! skin. I have looked into the folders, and have found that files that have "@2x" at the end are defaulting to the template skin (or everything that has a higher quality -.-). This goes for all skins that I download. Does anyone have a fix or an explanation as to why they aren't working correctly?

(An example would be Niko's v6.31HD skin, the cursor, hitcircles, and numbers are defaulting to the template skin)

Most likely your current osu! resolution does not support the use of HD skinning elements.

You can force osu! to use HD elements by going into your user config in the osu! folder and changing the "HighResolution" from 0 to 1

HighResolution = 1

Thank you! That fixed it! But the SD looks better than the HD, unfortunately. xD

Now, I wonder why I'm having to force it? :/ Maybe it's because I'm on a laptop and have a small screen, but it can play Blu-ray movies...
