A mod that when the player is failing multiple times it temporarily slows down speed.

If you find yourself failing alot and want to slow it down why not just go to the menu and enable "halftime" ?
Unfortunately (so far) osu mods are either on or off, theres no turning it on for you, in this example, only if you fail alot
