The hit sounds are pretty quiet you put a lot of work into them too make them heard. I'll consider fixing this later.
That being said you did place a lot of notes to keep the hit sounds going and it makes some awkward places for notes. Its really hard to tell what beat you are following because it jumps around a lot from the hit sounds adding to the drums, to the lead and back to drums etc. Its the one hit notes that go off the current beat to add to the drums that seem out of place. These two really stand out.

It seems a bit hard for a hard difficulty, possibly consider making it insane? That's why there is no insane. Some hard difficulties are made REALLY hard (inb4 DJPop's Kanbu)

I really can't find a lot, it plays really smoothly.
1:59:363 (4) - Seems off time, the sliders before are following the lead lyrics and this note is just out there as a hit sound, my instincts tell me its following the singer and then it just feels not in time. Its a better example of what I was talking about in the hard difficulty. Eeeeh nope, it can follow either the song or the vocals, depending of the mapper's style.
Other than that its super solid from my point of view.
