If you look at your profile, you have the option to look at it from 4 different views:
osu!, Taiko, CatchTheBeat, and osu!mania.
When you click on your country ranking for each of these 4 views, the link it takes you to should be relevant of which game mode you were looking at on the profile screen. Instead, it always gives you the screen which displays the osu! Standard tab on the second screen.
Because I'm bad at Pictures, I'll explain it a different way like this:
Profile: Soner Wolf
Current tab: osu!
-Clicks on Country Ranking Flag and is sent to this URL: http://osu.ppy.sh/p/pp?s=3&o=1&c=US&f=S ... olf#jumpto
Current tab: osu! Standard (This is correct only for the osu! tab on the Profile page)
Back on the Profile again: Soner Wolf
Current tab: Taiko
