[web] Country Ranking link in profile has broken #jumpto [confirmed]

The newly added country ranking indicator link doesn't really work. It doesn't jump to the player as the URL suggests, it doesn't even select the correct mode (If I click on my Taiko ranking, I'm redirected to the standard osu! country ranking).

It has been an issue since long before this thing got added.
