On the home screen of Osu!, if you are downloading lots of beatmaps from Osu! Direct, scrolling down the list of beatmaps being downloaded will not work with the mouse wheel. What happens is the Universal Volume takes precedence and will change your volume settings instead of scrolling down the list of beatmaps to be downloaded.
1. Download more than 15 beatmaps at the same time via Osu! Direct.
2. From the home screen of Osu!, hover over the Osu! Direct pannel.
3. Attempt to scroll down to see the entire list of beatmaps you are downloading.
4. Realize the volume settings have been changed instead.
5. osu! explodes in a million pieces!
