i have noticed that some skins use different heights at where the notes are actually hit and i wanna know how to change it bc i like my notes higher but i prefer another skin's aesthetic so if i could get some help on this that'd be nice

Open your skin.ini file, under all [Mania] sections, add/change the HitPosition line to the value you want.
The default is 402, and bigger value will move it to the down.
