Is there any way to play etterna files/map/charts (or whatever they are called) in osu mania?

open any chart up in arrowvortex, export in osu's format.

you might need to tinker with syncing a bit though- some files with BPM changes may result in unintended SVs as well. You're better off playing them on Etterna
