I don't think this is the place to request beatmaps... to be honest, I don't think there is a place to request them.
Because all maps are made by the players (I think peppy has 2 or 3 maps on his account), you are in a good position to fulfill your own request by creating the song in osu! yourself. There are people all around you that are willing to help every step of the way (finding the timing, showing you cool patterns, and editing once you are finished).
