I think that it's nice. May I ask if u use a mouse or tablet to do ur pixels? And for pixels I think it would help if you would made some of the areas more curvy ish for example for some lines on pixel ,

don't be offended by the lines on Len's face, the pixels seems to be messy. Making his face a bit rough...
