I'm not really a fan of playing the same maps every time I need to warm up, so I usually just try to acc 3-4 stars while warming up and then play something difficult in the skillset I want to play that day. Like, if I wanted to train stamina tomorrow, I'd acc 3-4 stars for like 10-15 minutes and then play some easy-mid range stamina map. I found it best to play something that isn't too difficult that you can't pass it without substantial warmup, but enough to get you tired and strained, which will accustom your body to that kind of speed for the day. I also noticed that warming up with different maps affects the kinds of scores you'll get. So if you play jacks for warmups that day, go set some jack scores because you sure aren't gonna get any good speed scores that day lmao. That isn't always true, but it does happen a decent amount in my experience - as well as what I've heard from a few other players.
