I don't really know if this is the right place to make this question. But I've been playing some SV maps and some of them make the notes totally stop or make them scroll instantly. I try to understand what the mapper did on editor but thats just confusing. Do I have to change the BPM and the scroll speed? Or just the scroll speed?

There's also (I believe still exists) a Quaver editor plugin that helps you with this. Look it up. You probably want to learn the basics though.
