Unfortunally I won't, or better said I cannot do anything here. That would goes too much on my way how I would change and I want to keep this "style".
00:17:857 ~ The pattern starting at (15) is a little too long for a kantan difficulty, so removing (20) here will help shorten the pattern and make it easier for players. Removed the first second Kats in the pattern.
00:22:732 ~ Either remove (28) here or add a note between (29) and (30). The same thing is happening in the vocals for both spots, so it's weird that the taiko isn't doing the same thing. Doneeeeeee
All my other problems can be fixed via applying the second suggestion over the rest of the song.

Inner Oni:
00:12:325 (1,2) - Swap these two and make 00:12:794 (1) - a kat. This follows the rhythm much better and has more constructive flow leading into the stream at 00:12:982 (2) - .
00:14:950 (2) - Move this note to 00:15:138. Follows the vocal rhythm much better and feels like a more natural place to use 1/4.
00:39:982 (1) - Change to don. This feels more natural to play after the kddkd, and much better to play leading into the next kddkd.
00:40:732 (1) - Makes more sense as a kat because the note after the previous kddkd was one as well and there was no change in the music.
00:42:982 (1) - This is a pretty big suggest, not a requirement but something I think can be good for the map. Instead of:

This feels much more in sync with the song and less empty compared to other patterns in this part of the music.
Muzukashii:
00:29:857 (88) - Change this to a kat, then delete 00:30:044 (89) - . This brings out the vocals a lot better. A really good thing to do with lower difficulties because that is what the new players will pay attention too instead of the beat/vocals put together.
