How do i do the Cs-0 thing?

Ok so i saw this cs-0 maps thing where they basically took famous jump maps and changed it to cs-0 but the thing is that i was REALLY confused on how absolutely NOBODY asked how to do the cs-0 thing, is it obvious and im just stupid or something? or is literally nobody even thinking how julan did this, or is the tutorial already out there and im just a boomer please answer me

just edit the .osu file on notepad and go to the [Difficulty] section or something, it's right there near the top you cant miss it
