To make a delay in the middle of the slider, you need to put a lot of points in that place in opposition to each other. To simplify the process, there is a program Mapping Tools from OliBoomby. It itself has a sliderator tool, where you need to set the position of a straight line at the point where the slider will stop.(for convenience, I'll skin the screenshots)
