[invalid] Better Banning Solution

I was lurking around and noticed nothing in the way of better banning.

For Windows, it could be improved by using a PC Serial Number, Every PC has one.

Use Command Prompt: "wmic bios get serialnumber"

It beats IP banning and MAC address banning as:
1. DHCP IPs can change
2. MACs can be replaced.

But the Serial number is tied to the BIOS, ex. Motherboard.

Moved to the appropriate section.

Your suggestion obviously forgets the fact that a PC can be shared with multiple people and thus multiple (legit) accounts. In that case, banning the PC could be unfair.
